At TLC Robes, our mission is to create products that anchor your self-care rituals and stand the test of time. Each robe and towel set is crafted with care, and we want every customer to feel confident in their purchase.
We also know that self-care isnβt disposable. For this reason, our products are not designed for casual trial and return. Because robes and towels are intimate garments, returns are limited, and we cannot accept requests based on change of mind or mood.
We encourage you to choose with intention, knowing that your TLC Ritual Collection is designed to become softer, stronger, and more personal with every use.
This Returns Policy explains the conditions under which we accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please read it carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled. Our products are prepared and shipped quickly to ensure timely delivery, and for this reason, we are unable to stop or reverse orders once confirmed.
2. Returns Window
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for physical products (robes and towels) that are:
- Unused and unwashed
- In original condition, with tags attached
- Returned in original packaging
Because robes and towels are personal-use items, we cannot accept returns that show any signs of wear, washing, or damage.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Digital products (ritual guides, affirmations, playlists) are non-refundable.
Items purchased as part of limited or promotional events may be final sale (as indicated at checkout).
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or if any wrong item has been delivered to you, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing π§ hello@tlcrobes.com with your order number and photo evidence.
We will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost, or issue a refund if a replacement is not possible.
5. Exchanges
If your robe does not fit as expected, we are happy to arrange an exchange within the 14-day window, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
6. Refunds
Refunds are reserved for cases where a replacement or exchange is not possible (for example, if an item is discontinued or out of stock).
We do not offer refunds for reasons such as change of mind, change of mood, or other discretionary circumstances. We reserve the right to refuse service on frivolous or repeated return requests.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- At our discretion, store credit may be offered in place of a refund.
7. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
