At TLC Robes, we want your self-care ritual to begin as smoothly as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be processed and delivered.
1. Shipping Costs
We offer complimentary standard shipping within the United States.
At this time, we do not ship internationally.
2. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1β3 business days.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
3. Delivery Times
Standard U.S. delivery takes approximately 7β14 business days from the date of dispatch.
In rare cases, if an order has no tracking updates and exceeds 45 days from shipping, we will issue a refund or reship at no cost.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, the carrier, or external conditions beyond our control (e.g., weather, holidays, carrier disruptions).
4. Tracking
Every order includes a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

5. Delays & Responsibility
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, TLC Robes cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or events outside of our control.
Risk of loss passes to the customer upon confirmed delivery by the carrier.
If tracking shows βdeliveredβ but you did not receive your package, we require a non-delivery certification from your local post office before we can process a refund or replacement.
